As of August 9, 2024, the Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area in combination with urban gentrification project has made impressive progress. The landfilling and compaction work has reached 95.99% completion for Phase 1, while road excavation and organic dredging have far exceeded expectations, achieving 312.96% and moving ahead into Phase 2.
Located in Tuy Phuoc District, Binh Đinh Province, Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area spans 43.16 hectares with an investment of approximately VND 2,343 billion. The project is strategically situated along National Route 19, at the center of Tuy Phuoc District’s new urban area, within the planned northwest expansion of Quy Nhon City. This prime location is poised to become a key hub for Binh Đinh Province’s development, supported by comprehensive transportation infrastructure.
Construction began in late October 2023. Since then, the developer and construction contractor have ramped up manpower, machinery, and equipment, focusing on speeding up the development of public works and technical infrastructure, including green spaces, parks, and roads.
With full mobilization of machinery, equipment, and a workforce operating around the clock in three shifts, landfilling and compaction have reached 95.99% completion for Phase 1, while road excavation and organic dredging have achieved 312.96%, advancing into Phase 2 ahead of schedule.
The developer and contractors are working diligently to accelerate the installation of scaffolding and safety nets from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, as well as the fabrication and installation of props and formwork for the 3rd-floor beams and slabs. Additionally, the 1st-floor walls of the Shop-house section are nearing completion.
Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area, with a total of 1,422 units, is expected to significantly enhance the local urban landscape, offering high-quality products that meet the real housing needs of customers. It aims to become a modern model urban area while generating substantial revenue for Phat Dat in 2024.
